Terms, Submissions & Creator Rights
1. Creator Rights & Ownership
Art Allergy operates on a creator-first philosophy. Independent writers, artists, designers, developers, and filmmakers retain 100% of the underlying intellectual property rights to their work. We do not demand long-term exclusive distribution deals or ownership of IP.
When we partner on a project, we acquire only a limited license to produce, distribute, and sell the specific agreed-upon run or edition of the work, whether a book, a game, a film, a print, or a piece of merchandise. All other rights remain strictly with the creator.
2. Copyright Protection
All works produced and published by Art Allergy are copyright protected by their respective creators. The "Art Allergy" name, logo, interactive designs, and website code are copyrighted by Art Allergy. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, cloning, or distribution of our featured catalog works will be met with swift legal objection.
3. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Art Allergy does not deploy tracking cookies, third-party analytics scripts, or data-mining algorithms. We collect zero visitor data. Personal information and project materials submitted through the Pitch Terminal are held in strict confidence and are never shared or sold.
4. Submission Policy
Project pitches, prototypes, and samples submitted via our Pitch Terminal are reviewed confidentially by our New York and London offices. We do not claim any right or ownership over submitted materials. If a project is not selected for production, all submitted materials are permanently deleted from our records.
